Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business that uses Bot Assistant Pro) and R & A ("we", "us"). By installing or using Bot Assistant Pro, activating a license, or using rachato.com, you accept these terms.
The software and your license
- A license lets you use Bot Assistant Pro on the number of computers, with the number of WhatsApp numbers and the features written on your license, until its end date (or for life on a lifetime license).
- The license is for your own business. You may not resell, share, copy or rent it, or try to get around the license check.
- We may stop a license that is copied, shared or used against these terms.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for how you use WhatsApp with this software. Follow WhatsApp's terms and policies, and message people who expect to hear from you.
- WhatsApp can limit or ban a number. Do not send spam, bulk messages to people who did not ask for them, or misleading content. We are not responsible for numbers limited or banned by WhatsApp.
- You are responsible for the answers, prices and offers you put in the bot, and for the information of your customers that you keep on your computer. Follow the law that applies to your business.
- Keep the Master Admin password and the license key secret.
Not connected to WhatsApp or Meta
WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Bot Assistant Pro is an independent product. It is not made, endorsed or supported by WhatsApp or Meta, and WhatsApp may change its service at any time.
Payments and renewal
- Prices are agreed with us before you pay. A license works until its end date; renew before that date to keep it running.
- After the end date the software keeps working for the grace time shown in the software, then the bot stops until you renew.
- Ask us about refunds before you pay. The refund terms agreed at the time of purchase apply.
Free website names (name.rachato.com)
- A license can get a free website name on rachato.com while the license is active.
- You choose the name once. To change it, send a request from the software.
- We may refuse, pause or remove a name that is misleading, offensive, copies another business, or is used against the law or these terms. The name is paused while the license is not active.
Updates and support
We may release updates that fix problems or add features. Support is given on WhatsApp and email at the times we announce.
Availability
The bot runs on your computer and needs it to be on and online. The license server and website names run on our servers and on Cloudflare. We try to keep them running, but we cannot promise they will never stop.
No warranty
The software is provided "as is". We do not promise that it is free of errors or that it fits every purpose.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or a WhatsApp number being banned. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the license in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending
You can stop using the software at any time. We can end or pause a license if these terms are broken. The parts of these terms that by their nature should continue (for example, limits of liability) continue after the end.
Law
These terms follow the laws of Pakistan.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. If you keep using the software after a change, the new terms apply.
