This policy explains what information R & A ("we", "us") collects through rachato.com, the Bot Assistant Pro license server and the free website names on rachato.com, and what we do with it. Bot Assistant Pro itself runs on your own computer.
Who we are
Bot Assistant Pro is made and sold by R & A, Pakistan. Questions about privacy: write to gbgleaks@gmail.com.
What stays on your computer
Bot Assistant Pro runs on your Windows computer or Ubuntu server. Your WhatsApp session, chats, customer list, orders, complaints, rules and settings are stored there. We do not receive them, and we cannot read them.
What we collect
- Contact form on this website: your name, the WhatsApp number or email you give, your message, your IP address and the time.
- License checks: to check that a license is valid and to stop misuse, the software sends us the license key, a computer ID made from the computer's hardware, the computer name, the Windows or Linux user name, the system version, processor, memory, network card address and time zone, the IP address, the software version, how many WhatsApp numbers are used, and the time of each check.
- Free website names (name.rachato.com): the name you chose, which license and computer it belongs to, the local port of your website and whether it is online.
- Downloads: we count how many times each file is downloaded. We do not record who downloaded it.
How we use it
- to activate licenses, check them and stop copied or misused licenses;
- to run your free website name and connect it to your computer;
- to show messages from us inside your software (for example, a renewal reminder);
- to answer your questions and give support;
- to keep our servers safe, for example by limiting how many messages one connection can send.
We do not sell your information.
Cookies
This website uses one session cookie so the contact form can check that a real visitor sent the message. The license panel uses a login cookie for our own staff only.
If this website shows advertising, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's earlier visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies lets Google and its partners serve ads based on visits to this site and other sites on the internet. You can turn off personalised advertising in Google's Ads Settings (https://adssettings.google.com).
Services we use
- our web hosting company, which stores this website and the license server;
- Cloudflare, for DNS, security and the tunnels that connect your free website name to your computer. Website chat traffic passes through Cloudflare in encrypted form;
- Google Fonts, which sends the font files of this website to your browser;
- Google AdSense, only if advertising is shown on this website;
- email services, when we answer you by email.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages: up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. License check records: while the license is active and up to 1 year after it ends. A free website name is kept while its license is active; when it is deleted, its records are removed.
Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, the license server signs every answer so it cannot be faked, and secret keys are stored encrypted. No system is completely safe, so tell us at once if you think your license key or password has been seen by someone else.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to gbgleaks@gmail.com. Deleting license information can stop the license from working.
Children
This website and the software are for businesses. They are not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the last change. Important changes are also shown as a notice on this website.
